Customer Satisfaction
Your happiness is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns immediately.
Service Guarantee
If your nails are damaged or your polish chips within three (3) days of service, we offer a free touch-up to ensure your satisfaction. Proof of service receipt is required.
This guarantee does not apply to color changes or style changes.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for services. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will happily provide a complimentary adjustment.
Appointment Booking Policy
We encourage booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and services. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Late Arrival
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their services adjusted to accommodate other appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time.
No-Shows
Clients who miss appointments without notice may face restrictions on future bookings.
Responsible Service
Alcoholic beverages are served responsibly. Clients are limited to one alcoholic drink per visit to ensure safety and comfort.
Clients with allergies or special dietary needs are encouraged to inform our staff. We cannot guarantee allergen-free options.
